Mitch Eisenberg is the General Counsel and SVP of Corporate Development for PulsePoint, responsible for managing international corporate development, including mergers, acquisitions and legal affairs in support of the company’s overarching global corporate strategy.
Mitch joined PulsePoint from Mediabistro where he was Executive Vice President of Development and General Counsel, responsible for all mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures and legal affairs. Mitch has worked in the Internet space since 1997 and has negotiated and closed over 100 international mergers and acquisitions including creating the leading digital content business - Jupiterimages.com and led its sale to Getty Images. Mitch also managed the initial public offering (IPO) process, and several follow on equity and debt offerings for Internet.com, Jupitermedia and Mediabistro. Mitch also managed the launch and worldwide licensing of the international tradeshow and magazine, Internet World, and negotiated the sale of that business to Penton Media.
Mitch received a J.D from New York University School of Law, a M.B.A. from The University of Connecticut School of Business and a B.S. from The University of Connecticut. He is also Senior Business Advisor to ViaEuropa/ViaFrance and an Advisory Board Member for Image Rights International Inc. Mitch is admitted to the New York and Connecticut bars.
